Sacred Hope

Reflections February 2, 2016

And so I vowed to live

in a new way,

fully present and grounded,

unafraid to be

among all that is messy

and unclear

and uncomfortable,

in surrender

to all that is most healed

in me,

holding space

for more healing

and sacred hope

for the transformation

of all that seems unhealable

and unsolvable —

in reverence

of my own experience

and yours.

Amen.

This is one of my earlier notes. I found it again today on a card from a friend. I love magical timeless notes. I pass a little heart magic on to you.
