I began to listen
to the quiet whispers
of love
in my own heart.
And I learned
I could, in fact,
quiet my own thoughts,
not by trying,
but by naturally resetting
and listening
to my own true voice
in all of my experiences.
Tucked Safely Within
May we trust
in the purity
of love.

tucked safely within
our deepest hearts.

Whispered Prayers
When the world begins
to feel like too much again,
when we can’t sort
all of the pieces
of our own hearts,
I will whisper a quiet prayer
and dream.
Courage To Stand
When there are no words
for what is in our hearts,
when there are more questions
than answers,
may we always find
more faith than doubt,
courage to stand,
and strength
to continue on.
Amen.
All That Remained
And so began
the sacred journey
back to my heart,
a series of moments
of holding
and letting go
with the purest love —
until all that remained
was that love.
A Little Less Broken
I found myself to be
a little less broken
than I thought,
a little stronger
than I imagined,
and a lot more okay
than I could have
ever dreamed.
In-between
I began to notice
the quieter moments
just before
my thoughts.
And I found myself
wanting to stay
just a little longer
in that magical place
of in-between.
In the Quiet Spaces
May we meet each other
in the quiet spaces
within our hearts.
And may we find courage
to listen
and to speak
from this place.

This Pure Love
And so it was,
from a quiet prayer,
from one gentle hand
and then another,
this pure love —
this subtle knowing,
that gave me hope
and reminded me
of what is most real
and true.
Unspoken
When there are no more words,
when we have reached
the place beyond speaking
and listening,
may we find peace
in all that remains
unspoken
in the depths of our hearts.
