I found this
silent holding
prayer began to
reach far —
through the
wounded places —
into the tender,
most creative
magical spaces
in my heart
that couldn’t be
reached in other ways —
the ones that
carried on
so gently
through any kind
of storm.

My little daughter needed lots of calming down this weekend. Sometimes we all do. 💙

He was an artist first. I like to listen just to hear something I can use 💜

I heard someone say yesterday…listen to what touches your heart. That’s what I do 💕

Oh I love this poem and this video. I kept trying to get here yesterday but I’m here now. I love what he says about trying to find the self that is affected. Interesting. ❤

Me too! I was thinking about finding that self too! She’s not there! So funny. I had this story in my head this morning.. and then I just dropped it. So funny 😂🐾

AWE me too! I kept trying to find her and she wasn’t there. So I guess dropping is a good thing. Maybe we should fling then sing! 😉 That made ma laugh out loud! 😀

It’s so interesting go me how writing and reading these little poem prayers is like a yoga meditation he mentioned in the video. I practiced this dropping in my art too. So interesting and subtle and magical. So I keep focusing here.. not going back into the story but reaching these parts in a gentle way. 💙

Laurie’a still holding prayer. Still holding I learned this from her. No matter what I’m holding too with her! ❤
