In the center
of my heart,
I found
no concepts
and no words,
only the purest essence
of all of my experiences.
And though there was
the sense
of a returning
from the focused holding
in that place,
I found it was
and had always been
what was most true.
I had only forgotten.
True like being a mom and loving; all the noisy loud stuff covers up that abiding love that is unshakable by the drama of life. It’s hard and painful to watch and sit through I was just thinking. 😄💜

This is so beautiful! So much in concert with what I teach to my “painting from the heart” students. I will read this poem to my next classes.
