And so I became
the quiet prayer,
the whisper of hope
beneath the noise —
holding steady,
holding a space —
waiting patiently
for words
to find their way
to the shielded heart
from which they came.
Quiet Reflections and Prayers
And so I became
the quiet prayer,
the whisper of hope
beneath the noise —
holding steady,
holding a space —
waiting patiently
for words
to find their way
to the shielded heart
from which they came.
And so I vowed to live
in a new way,
fully present and grounded,
unafraid to be
among all that is messy
and unclear
and uncomfortable,
in surrender
to all that is most healed
in me,
holding space
for more healing
and sacred hope
for the transformation
of all that seems unhealable
and unsolvable —
in reverence
of my own experience
and yours.
Amen.
Because what I saw
was so beautiful,
I decided to stay
just beneath the surface
of this life —
to continue to see
what is real
and true —
to offer a quiet prayer
of hope
for us all.
I hold this prayer
for the places
in me
and in all of us
that have been dishonored
and unloved.
I release this prayer
with the tenderness
that comes out
of the courage
to continue on
from here.
Amen.
May we know
the beauty
and purity of being
in this moment —
holding
and letting go —
allowing
our own natural paths
to unfold.
Amen.
I hold this quiet prayer
in my deepest heart
where there are
no words —
only the purest love
that holds
and opens
to the most natural
unfolding
and removes all blocks.
Amen.
I dared to stand
just a little longer
in the quiet spaces,
to listen
a little more deeply
with my heart —
to embrace all that found
its way to me
and all that left
with open hands
and a quiet prayer.
Within the surrender
to the natural flow
of life,
the need to cling
or alter
was replaced
with a deepening reverence.
The me that once needed
to be understood and healed
was transformed
into a quiet prayer.
May we be
the respite —
holding space
for rest
and continued healing
Amen.
I hold this silent prayer
in my deepest heart
for you and for me —
that we may always remember
the love that we are
in our purest form —
underneath.
Amen.
