Sometimes there were
no words.
And so I settled in
a little more deeply —
reaching through
whatever appeared
until I could remember
the emptiness —
this silent prayer.
Quiet Reflections and Prayers
Sometimes there were
no words.
And so I settled in
a little more deeply —
reaching through
whatever appeared
until I could remember
the emptiness —
this silent prayer.
Remind me
of the sacred moments,
the ones that touch
my deepest heart,
the moments that appear
right in the middle
of this crazy,
beautiful life —
where there is
always peace.
I offer my willingness
to show up,
to quiet all the pieces
of my heart
just long enough
to gather them into
a quiet prayer
that will carry me
gently from here.
Amen.
I found I had
just enough courage
to turn down
the noise,
to reconnect with my own
true voice —
to follow the notes
written on my heart
all the way,
as far as I could reach
until there were
no more words —
only love.
Should I ever forget
who I am,
remind me gently.
Guide me safely
back to my heart.
Hold me lightly —
as the journey
can seem so long.
Love me deeply
as I remember.
Amen.
When what can be seen
of me
appears unsettled,
when peace and connection
seem like distant memories lost
somewhere in the future
or the past,
guide me safely back
to my Self.
Amen.
May we know
the beauty
and purity of being
in this moment —
holding
and letting go —
allowing
our own natural paths
to unfold.
Amen.
I dared to stand
just a little longer
in the quiet spaces,
to listen
a little more deeply
with my heart —
to embrace all that found
its way to me
and all that left
with open hands
and a quiet prayer.
May we be
the respite —
holding space
for rest
and continued healing
Amen.
I hold this silent prayer
in my deepest heart
for you and for me —
that we may always remember
the love that we are
in our purest form —
underneath.
Amen.
My heart remembered
a gentler path
where moments are gathered
and held
without grasping —
where words are
understood without trying —
where I wait
without wishing
for time to pass.
