I hold this
silent prayer
in my heart —
that you may feel
my love
and remember
your own.
Amen.
Quiet Reflections and Prayers
I hold this
silent prayer
in my heart —
that you may feel
my love
and remember
your own.
Amen.
Listening with my heart,
allowing my thoughts
to be as they are,
I hold what is here
exactly as it is.
I hold it with love
or I hold it
however I can.
It wasn’t always graceful,
but I learned
how to hold on
a little more tightly
when needed
and to let go
of preformed ideas
of how life should go.
And it was
the subtle little treasures
I would have missed
by taking an easier path
that always brought me
back to my true essence
and to peace.
In silent memory
of love
and every kind word
never spoken,
yet deeply felt,
I offer this prayer
to you
and to the world –
that we may heal
together.
Amen.
I return
to this place,
unafraid to stand now
in the silence —
to wait for words,
not to explain or create,
but to pour out
all that is
already written
on our hearts.
— Laurie, Heart Space
I hold what is here
with love,
as it is in me,
as it is in you —
as it gently transforms itself
back into its purest form.
Amen.
Remind me
of the sacred moments,
the ones that touch
my deepest heart,
the moments that appear
right in the middle
of this crazy,
beautiful life —
where there is
always peace.
I offer my willingness
to show up,
to quiet all the pieces
of my heart
just long enough
to gather them into
a quiet prayer
that will carry me
gently from here.
Amen.
As we move
through this life,
let us remember
we are okay
always —
without exception —
no matter what.
Just in case
we forget —
Amen.
I found I had
just enough courage
to turn down
the noise,
to reconnect with my own
true voice —
to follow the notes
written on my heart
all the way,
as far as I could reach
until there were
no more words —
only love.
When what can be seen
of me
appears unsettled,
when peace and connection
seem like distant memories lost
somewhere in the future
or the past,
guide me safely back
to my Self.
Amen.
