I found there was
a natural reaching
that came out of
each silent surrender
and each quiet prayer.
And I no longer needed
to be sorted out
or understood.
I only needed a hand
and just enough hope
to allow the true me
to emerge.
Quiet Reflections and Prayers
I found there was
a natural reaching
that came out of
each silent surrender
and each quiet prayer.
And I no longer needed
to be sorted out
or understood.
I only needed a hand
and just enough hope
to allow the true me
to emerge.
May we see ourselves
from a higher place,
honoring our wounds
and our wholeness —
never losing touch
with the quiet place
within —
where unconditional love,
true healing and compassion
are born.
Amen
Let our focus be
on listening
a little more deeply,
below the surface —
that we may hear
a different voice —
the quieter,
more subtle knowing
within.
Amen.
Thank you
for being here
and for the little signs
in my heart
and in the world
that you are.
Amen
I continued on,
no longer needing
to fill the emptiness
or sort all of the pieces,
trusting completely
in the unsorted heart
and in the mystery
that had carried me
safely back
to my own silent prayers.
I wish
to free myself
a little more —
living authentically
from my heart
in each moment
and letting go of the need
to know the end of the story
too soon.
At a certain point,
there was nothing else
to do
but hold and honor
all that couldn’t be sorted
and trust
in the mysterious power
of wordless prayers.
I hold what is here
with love,
the natural unfolding,
this clear space,
the reverence —
all of this,
including all that is
painful and confusing.
I accept and love
all of it
as it is —
right here.
Amen.
I hold
my peace
in this
quiet prayer.
Amen
— Jordyn
I hold this
silent prayer
in my heart —
that you may feel
my love
and remember
your own.
Amen.
